How it works
SBA loans are partially guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration, which lets lenders offer longer terms and lower costs than most alternative products. In exchange, the process is more document-heavy and takes real underwriting time.
We help package the application — financial statements, tax returns, business plan, and use-of-funds narrative — and route it to lending partners who work in the SBA 7(a) and 504 programs, rather than underwriting the SBA loan directly ourselves.
This is the slowest product in our lineup, and it is the right trade for a business that has the time to wait and wants the lowest long-run cost rather than the fastest turnaround.
